Does your creative condition stand the test!

What

You'll go on a survival that lasts 24 hours, during these 24 hours you'll make 24 pictures. On your survival trip you're not alone: at different and secret checkpoints you'll meet your opponents somewhere in the city. There you'll get new themes and orders. During these 24 hours there are several activities to keep you awake! If you've survived this test you'll deliver your photos wich will be judged by a professional jury. The best photos and serie will be exhibited!

Who

You can join in as long as you've got a digital or analog camera. You don't have to be a professional, originality comes first.

When

Saturday 20 october the Marathon starts at 09.00 AM. The winning photos and serie will be exhibited at the and of october. All participants will be invited for the opening of the exhibition, that will be opened by the jury!

Where

The Marathon takes place in Rotterdam. Starting point en end of the Marathon will be at the so called Hotspot. The location of the Hotspot will be announced two weeks before the Marathon will take place. At the Hotspot you'll get your instructions and all the information you'll need to survive. The Hotspot will be open the full 24 hours, you can crash there at any time you want. There you can recover, sleep, take some necessary cafein or get technical support.

How

To participate you'll pay 17,50 euro. This fee you'll pay before the start of the Marathon at the Hotspot. You can apply by the form that you can find at the website or by coming to the hotspot approximately an hour before starting time.
